A needle felted wool brain, hand sculpted from premium sheep's wool in my Ontario studio. Every fold and fissure is shaped by hand with a barbed felting needle - it's a slow, meticulous process, and no two brains come out quite the same. Soft enough to hold, detailed enough to display.
ABOUT THIS PIECE Sculpted anatomical detail across both hemispheres Sits on a shelf or desk, or can be handled and squeezed. Made in a range of sizes - message me if you'd like something particular.
SIZE • miniature brain: about the size of a walnut • 6”- about the size of a kiwi fruit • 8”- about the size of an Apple or Avocado • 10”- about the size of an average Mango or Grapefruit colour: peachy sand tones or natural wool (ivory)

MATERIALS & CARE Premium sheep's wool and hand dyed wool roving. Spot clean only.
MADE TO ORDER Each brain is created after you order, usually about two weeks. I'll send you photos of your finished piece before it ships.

It took a little over 3 weeks to get this item, but well worth it. Hand made, cleverly wrapped and looked just like the pictures, no pins though (LOL) I put in a self sealing jar. My brain jar looks amazing. I love this and so will my granddaughter who had requested a brain.
